welding positioner with adjustable welding gun support is used  for welding torch and cutting torch on the structure of welding positioner. Synchronously positioned by following operation platform, the brackets of welding torch and cutting torch are flexible to direction adjustment up and down, left and right, forward and backward, as well as to angle adjustment for accurate seam alignment, which applies to different welding and cutting process.

Characteristic of welding positioner  with welding gun support:

1.The rotation structure is driven by Dc motor, while stepless speed regulation can be achieved.;

2.The turning structure of worm and gear has the function of self-lock,and the worktablecan be turned steplessly between 0-90 ;

3.Special design of anti-electromagnetic, which reduce the hign frequency interference of TIG's welding, and can improve the welding quality effectively;

4.A self-controller can be furnished to control the working condition and working time, which can achieve the linkage of the positioner and welder;

5.The adjustable- welding gun support can be furnished to fix the position of the welding torch; .

6.The track and air-powered tip can be furnished to achieve the function of self –holding to the workpiece.
